Monarch Coopers Corner Appoints Senft as Director of Sales
Patricia Senft, has been named director of sales for Monarch Coopers Corner. She brings over 10 years of sales experience in senior living to this position. Monarchs Coopers Corner is currently under construction and is scheduled to open late 2022.
Senft previously was community sales director at Atria Woodlands in Ardsley, NY. She has served as manager of worldwide sales for Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts in New York, NY.
Monarch Coopers Corner is the first senior living community in Westchester County to seek WELL certification from the International WELL Building Institute, or IWBI. WELL is grounded in research into the health effects of physical spaces on people.
The community, located at 11 Mill Road, New Rochelle, is developed and managed by Maryland-based Monarch Communities.
