Monarch Coopers Corner Appoints Ataide as Executive Director

Paul Ataide has been named executive director for Monarch Coopers Corner. In this position, he is responsible for day-to-day community operations. Monarchs Coopers Corner is nearing completion and is scheduled to open early 2023.
Ataide previously was executive director at a senior living community in Westchester County, NY. He also served as associate executive director in senior living in MA. He brings over 15 years of healthcare experience to this position.
Monarch Coopers Corner is the first senior living community in Westchester County to seek WELL certification from the International WELL Building Institute, or IWBI. WELL is grounded in research into the health effects of physical spaces on people.
The community, located at 11 Mill Road, New Rochelle, is developed and managed by Monarch Communities.
