Luxury Affordable Rental Apartments at 3THIRTY3 in New Rochelle

The Housing Action Council has just launched the marketing of the affordable apartments at 3Thirty3, a new Cappelli residential development in New Rochelle. 10% of the apartments are affordable to households at 80% of the Westchester County median — $71,400 for one person, $81,600 for two persons and $91,800 for three persons. Rents range from $1,660 for a studio to $2,118 for a two bedroom. Applications are due by April 20, 2022.
