Local Solar Energy Foundation Launched
Happy to announce the launching of the Local Solar Energy Foundation (solarpower101.org).
The Local Solar Energy Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to a single, critical purpose: providing commercial building owners in the Hudson Valley and Metro New York with the independent, data-driven financial analysis needed to transition from utility dependency to energy ownership.
We do not sell solar panels. We do not offer financing. We provide clarity.
In an increasingly volatile energy market, where commercial utility rates average $0.22/kWh in the Con Edison service area, solar power is no longer just a sustainability goal—it is a mandatory strategy for risk management and cash flow maximization. We help CFOs, asset managers, and property owners analyze payback periods and substantial 20+ years of Net Operating Income (NOI) growth that modern, localized solar arrays provide.
