Leading in Pandemic Times-Pro Bono Coaching for Nonprofit Leaders

The Pandemic environment that we currently find ourselves in is stressful for everyone. But it is particularly stressful for leaders in the non-profit organizations who are responsible for others not only in their personal life, but in their professional life as well. As an Executive and Leadership Coach who spent many years in the non-profit and government sectors, I would like to offer whatever support I can at this time.

I am offering non-profit leaders (and their leadership team members) a pro bono 30-minute (remote) coaching session to help address any issues regarding leading in a pandemic environment. Whether it is
• adjusting to supervising in a mandated remote environment,
• understanding the difference between physical distance and social/psychological distance,
• re-prioritizing to avoid the business-as-usual mindset or
• dealing with your own stress during this inherently stressful time,
I am happy to partner with you to help you be the best leader you can be when it is most important.

Please feel free to reach out to me at creinhard.chrysaliscoaching@gmail.com if you are interested in talking. Whatever you decide, I wish you much luck in this critical time. Best wishes to you, your family and your staff and stay healthy.
