KEYBANK ADDS BUSINESS BANKING RESOURCES IN HUDSON VALLEY

TARRYTOWN, NY—May 31, 2022—KeyBank continues grow its Business Banking resources to companies throughout its Hudson Valley/Metro NY market with the addition of Paul Amann, Edwin Leong, and Wayne Cutter as Business Banking Relationship Managers, reporting to Business Banking Sales Leader Wallace Lynch. In their new roles, Amann, Leong, and Cutter will provide customized financial solutions such as commercial lines of credit, SBA financing, equipment financing, cash management, merchant services, and more to businesses with sales revenues between $3 million and $50 million annually.

With the addition of these new positions, Lynch, who joined Key in 2018 and assumed leadership of the Business Banking team in October 2021, has expanded the team to thirteen Business Banking lenders across the market, and is currently recruiting for more positions in Westchester County and Northern New Jersey. “KeyBank is strategically focused on expanding client relationships and taking market share in this region, and we are aggressively investing in the right talent to do that,” said Lynch. “I am proud of the caliber of lenders we have been able to attract as an employer of choice, and we are seeing strong results in our best-in-class approach to serving our business clients.”

Recently joining the KeyBank Hudson Valley/Metro NY Business Banking Team are:

Paul Amann, Sr. Business Banking Relationship Manager

Paul Amann joined KeyBank in May to serve business clients in Manhattan, the surrounding boroughs, and Long Island. Amann has 30 years of banking experience that includes Middle Market, Real Estate, C&I, Non-Profit and more. His last 12 years has been focused on the Manhattan Market in positions with Republic Bank and TD Bank. Amann received an MBA from St. Thomas University in Miami, FL and a BA from Flagler College in St. Augustine, FL. He lives in Highlands, NJ.

Edwin Leong, Sr. Business Banking Relationship Manager

Edwin Leong joined KeyBank in May, focused on growing client relationships throughout New York City and Westchester County. Leong has more than a decade of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Key, he held various roles in Commercial and Business Banking for M&T Bank and Santander. Leong is also an entrepreneur, owning a successful Food & Beverage franchise in Queens, NY. He is a graduate of Stony Brook University with a BS in Finance, and lives in New York City.

Wayne Cutter, Business Banking Relationship Manager

Wayne Cutter joined KeyBank in January to cover Key’s market in Rockland, Orange, Sullivan, and Ulster Counties. Prior to Key, Cutter spent 16 years with Paychex in the Hudson Valley, where he held various sales and business development roles of increasing responsibility, most recently as a Major Market Human Capital Management Consultant for mid- and large-size organizations. Cutter is a graduate of Marist College with a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communication and a minor in Accounting. He lives in Monroe, N.Y.
