KDD Marketing Welcomes Britani Phelps as Art Director and Casey Morris as Design and Marketing Strategist

Growing its team’s capabilities and depth of expertise, KDD Marketing has welcomed Britani Phelps and Casey Morris. Serving as art director, Phelps will lead the artistic direction of the agency’s projects, ensuring alignment with client goals. Morris, a design and marketing strategist, will help guide the creative and strategic direction of marketing campaigns, bringing ideas to life across digital and traditional platforms.

“Britani and Casey both embody the out-of-the-box creativity, marketing expertise and authentic leadership qualities that our team seeks to build upon,” said Katy Dwyer, founder and creative director of KDD Marketing. “We are growing with experienced industry professionals, positioning both our agency and our clients for continued success.”

Prior to joining KDD Marketing, Phelps served as a senior graphic designer and art director at ADDIUM, Inc., while also working as a freelance designer for various agencies and small businesses in Idaho. Phelps holds certifications in digital marketing and e-commerce from Google and revenue operations from HubSpot Academy, in addition to a bachelor of fine arts degree from the University of Idaho. With a decade of experience in the creative field, Phelps leverages her design practice to build connections, focusing strongly on community-driven initiatives and nonprofit work. She has volunteered with the METER Foundation, Last Prisoner Project and more.

Morris, who most recently worked as a graphic design and marketing associate at Stella Adler Studio of Acting, brings six years of industry experience to the agency. A graduate of SUNY New Paltz, Morris holds a bachelor’s degree in theatre arts and a minor in economics. Outside of the office, Morris serves on the advisory board of the Greenwood Lake Theater and assists with the Warwick-based organization’s productions.

“With a variety of backgrounds and skillsets, the additions of Britani and Casey bring our team’s combined years of expertise to more than six decades,” added Keri Jadrovski, vice president of KDD Marketing. “Katy and I look forward to seeing the fresh energy, ideas and impact they’ll bring to our clients and our team.”
