KDD Marketing Earns Two Industry Awards, Cementing its Hospitality Expertise
Continuing its streak of local and industry-level accolades, KDD Marketing recently earned two wins from the 23rd annual Service Industry Advertising Awards (SIA Awards). Acknowledged for its work with The Emerson, a Catskills-based resort and spa, the team ranked first in the website category and third for its integrated marketing campaign. The SIA Awards build on the agency’s recent industry recognition for its work with The Emerson, which also earned honors from the Davey Awards and the American Graphic Design Awards in 2025. Locally, KDD Marketing was named the 2025 Small Business of the Year by the Ulster County Regional Chamber of Commerce.
“Receiving multiple awards for our work with The Emerson is reflective of our team’s deep and nuanced understanding of what makes a successful marketing campaign in the hospitality and tourism industries,” said Katy Dwyer, founder and creative director of KDD Marketing. “We’ve worked hard to establish a specialty within this area, amongst others, and we’re incredibly grateful to see our efforts recognized by fellow professionals in the industry.”
The SIA Awards is the only program to recognize the achievements of advertising and marketing professionals within the service industry. Submissions are reviewed by a panel of industry specialists who evaluate creativity, execution, impact, innovation and more. With 48 award categories, the organization enables creatives to benchmark their work against other industry leaders.
