Jason Swergold Elected Vice Chair of WCBA Criminal Section
Jason Swergold, a partner at Yankwitt LLP and co-leader of the firm’s Criminal Defense & Investigations Practice, has been elected vice chair of the Westchester County Bar Association’s Criminal Section. In this role, Jason will serve on the section’s three-member leadership team charged with developing continuing legal education seminars and other programs for the committee.
Jason is no stranger to leadership. Prior to joining Yankwitt LLP, Jason served in numerous senior roles in the US Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York, including Deputy Chief of the White Plains Division and Chief of the Narcotics Unit.
