The Mid-Hudson Launch of the Business Navigator Toolkit: Unlock Workforce Potential with Child Care Solutions
What: Small and medium-sized business owners and human resource professionals for companies of all sizes face the ongoing challenge of recruiting and retaining a talented, dedicated workforce. Child care solutions can play a pivotal role in supporting employees and increasing productivity.
The Mid-Hudson live launch of The Business Navigator FREE (print & online) Toolkit for Employers provides essential tools and resources to help businesses implement effective child care strategies tailored to their employees’ needs.
This event, organized by the Child Care Councils of Westchester, Inc. and of Dutchess-Putnam, Inc., in conjunction with the Early Care & Learning Council and funded by the NYS Office of Children and Family Services, offers actionable insights, case studies, and tax credits to help offset the costs of providing child care benefits.
Why: This event will bring together regional business leaders, business owners, HR professionals, and policymakers to debut innovative approaches to creating family-friendly workplaces that benefit both employees and employers.
