Hudson River Museum’s exhibition named New York Times Critic’s Pick
Hudson River Museum has been named a New York Times Critic’s Pick for the exhibition, “Smoke in Our Hair: Native Memory and Unsettled Time.”
The exhibition explores the nuanced layers of the past, present, and future within contemporary art by Native American, Alaska Native, First Nations, and Métis artists.
“Smoke in Our Hair features 22 artists who boldly challenge the romanticism that often tinges American fables of the nation’s birth and expansion.” —The New York Times
