HHREC Annual Luncheon

On Thursday, May 15th the HHREC Annual Spring Luncheon will be held at Bet Am Shalom Synagogue in White Plains. The program will feature a presentation: Relentless by HHREC GenerationsForward Speaker Debby Ziering.

Debby is the daughter of two Holocaust survivors. Her father Herman was born in Kassel Germany and was sent as a teen to the Riga Ghetto in Latvia when the Nazis invaded. Debby will recount her father’s story from the perspective of a young teen who survived the Riga Ghetto and Kaiserwald concentration camp and discuss how her father’s story has impacted her life.
