I will be offering a gourmet vegan cooking class at a private residence in Irvington, New York on Friday, July 27 from 5-8 PM
The menu consists of the following:
Minted Watermelon Gazpacho
Yam Noodle Vegetable Stir Fry with a Garlic Ginger Coconut Sauce
Hearts of Palm Salad with a Coconut Vinaigrette
Raspberry Blueberry Almond Muffins
You will be learning knife cuts, nutritional information.
Cost is $95 pp including all food and recipe packets.
