Grounding & Self-Regulation Skills for Stress, Anxiety & Worry Workshop
Our Grounding & Self-Regulation Workshop is coming up—and we don’t want you to miss the opportunity to join us.
Many of us move through our days feeling tense, overwhelmed, or mentally exhausted, even when nothing obvious seems “wrong.” Often, this isn’t a personal failing—it’s a nervous system that’s been working overtime.
This 2-hour experiential workshop is designed to help you better understand how your nervous system responds to stress and, more importantly, how to work with it.
Through guided, practical exercises, participants will learn science-backed, body-based tools to:
• Regulate stress in real time
• Calm anxiety and chronic worry
• Build grounding skills that can be used immediately
• Create a personalized regulation toolkit
This is not a lecture.
It’s an interactive, supportive experience where you’ll leave with techniques you can apply the same day—at work, at home, before bed, or during difficult conversations.
Date & Time: Sunday, March 15th, 2026 | 11:00am–1:00pm ET
Location: 55 Church Street, Suite 415 – White Plains, NY
Format: Live, In Person

Whether you’ve been feeling overwhelmed lately or simply want to strengthen your capacity for calm and resilience, this workshop meets you exactly where you are. No prior experience is required—just curiosity and openness.
We would love to welcome both familiar and new faces to our White Plains office.
