Go//STRIDE available for events!
Go//Stride, is a new full body cardio + core workout in the Whole Foods/AI Friedman/Kohl’s shopping center in Port Chester.
Go//Stride is an intense yet low impact total body cardio + core workout which is suitable for all fitness levels and will improve endurance and strengthen and tone the body. In addition to holding daily classes, Go//STRIDE holds private events led by an instructor for up to 42 people. Classes are 50 minutes long and include 40 to 42 minutes on a strider, followed by 5 to 7 minutes of weights and 3 minutes of stretching. The studio has a large and attractive reception area for socializing after an event.
Go//STRIDE currently has an introductory offer of 2 classes for $30. In addition, the founders would like to extend a special offer to BCW members of 15% off any 5, 10, or 20 class package.
