Fullerton Beck Taps Seasoned MedMal Attorney Jaymie Einhorn
Fullerton Beck LLP, a women-owned litigation law firm based in White Plains, has expanded its Medical Malpractice group with the addition of seasoned litigator Jaymie Einhorn, partner.
Einhorn has over 35 years of experience defending high-exposure medical malpractice and Labor Law cases, representing hospitals, including the nation’s largest municipal health system, and physicians across various specialties with a particular focus on pediatric and adult orthopedics, neurosurgery, psychiatry, urology, plastic surgery, ophthalmology, OBGYN, and oncology cases She also represents nursing homes and ambulance companies.
“We are thrilled to have Jaymie join the firm,” shared Eileen Fullerton, Managing Partner. “She is a skilled litigator and trial attorney who advocates for her clients in and out of the courtroom. We look forward to her contributions both with clients and as a mentor to junior attorneys.”
Einhorn has gained valuable experience by working in-house with a national insurer and with notable New York City medical malpractice law firms. This diverse experience has given her a well-rounded perspective of the client-attorney relationship and how to meet and exceed clients’ expectations. She is a valuable addition to the firm and will further strengthen its already robust core practices.
Einhorn has a proven track record in defending public officers and entities in the area of municipal liability. She has also represented manufacturers in product liability cases across various industry sectors and defended federal civil rights and discrimination cases under U.S.C. Section 1983.
