Fullerton Beck Named a Best Small Company to Work for In NY Again

Fullerton Beck LLP, a women-owned law firm based in White Plains, New York, has been honored as a 2022 Best Small Company to Work for in New York for the second year in a row. This is also the second year the firm participated in the program, which featured 75 companies in the 2022 ranking.

To be considered, Fullerton Beck participated in a rigorous submission process, involving two surveys – one measuring employee satisfaction and engagement and a second that gathered information about the firm’s workplace practices and policies.

“We always look for ways to make Fullerton Beck a great place to work,” shared Eileen Fullerton, co-founder and managing partner. “We believe in true collaboration and teamwork, and we celebrate all successes, no matter how small. We also focus on mentoring and honest feedback, which enables us to keep our employees and promote from within whenever possible. This is always critical, but especially so today with the increasing shortage of skilled attorneys and professional staff.”

“Thank you to the Best Companies Group for this opportunity and for recognizing the attributes that make Fullerton Beck a unique place where team members enjoy working and are given the resources and encouragement to flourish,” added Katrine Beck, firm co-founder.
