Fullerton Beck Earns Great Place to Work Certification for Third Consecutive Year

White Plains, NY (April 29, 2025) White Plains-based litigation defense firm Fullerton Beck LLP has earned certification as a Great Place to Work® for 2025-2026, marking the third year the firm has received this prestigious recognition.

In the employee survey, which is the cornerstone of the certification process, an astounding 100% of the firm’s employees said Fullerton Beck is a great place to work, well above the 57% average at a typical U.S.-based company, as reported in the Great Place to Work 2021 Global Employee Engagement Study.

An authority on workplace culture, employee experience, and effective leadership, Great Place to Work provides independent company assessments based entirely on employees’ feedback about their workplace experience. The Great Place to Work certification process includes employee surveys and an employer-submitted company culture questionnaire.

“Creating a collegial environment where our team feels supported and valued is a top priority at Fullerton Beck,” shared managing partner Eileen Fullerton. “The results of this survey and our certification show that we are building a strong company culture, where people can thrive both personally and professionally. This is exactly the type of culture Katrine and I set out to create from the start.”

This year’s impressive results are featured on the Great Place to Work website. Some examples of the positive feedback that contributed to the firm’s results include:

-Management is approachable, easy to talk with.
-Management is honest and ethical in its business practices.
-Our executives fully embody the best characteristics of our company.
-I am given the resources and equipment to do my job.
