Fixed Rate Home Equity Lines of Credit
Trustco Bank had launched a fixed rate home equity line of credit some months back, and it has been a huge success. We have brought in those homeowners who always wanted to use the equity in their home but avoided the equity line due to this typically being an adjustable rate. This is no longer the case with Trustco, although we still have a line that is based on the prime rate. Call me for more details, 914 722 2640 or my cell 914 498 1216.
