Fixed Rate Home Equity Lines of Credit
Trustco Bank had launched a fixed rate home equity line of credit some months back, and it has been a huge success. We have brought in those homeowners who always wanted to use the equity in their home but avoided the equity line due to this typically being an adjustable rate.
