Housing Action Council is currently accepting applications for two new single-family homeownership opportunities in Goldens Bridge and Ossining. 19 Park Ave in Goldens Bridge is a two-bedroom home with a loft and an accessory apartment priced at $235,000 while the Hawkes Crossing home in Ossining is a three bedroom home priced at $213,700.
