Dorf Nelson & Zauderer LLP Welcomes Richard Klein, Esq.!
Dorf Nelson & Zauderer LLP is thrilled to announce that Richard Klein has joined the firm as a Partner and Co-Chair of the Commercial Real Estate & Land Use Department. Prior to joining DNZ, Richard was the founding member and partner of Klein Greco & Associates LLP, which focused solely on real estate matters in New York City and Westchester County. A significant part of its practice was representing cooperative and condominium buildings in the area as general counsel and working with commercial real estate developers in New York City and Westchester County in both the acquisition and sale of commercial properties. Richard also brings Annie Brown, who will join the Commercial Real Estate & Land Use team as a paralegal.
Richard is passionate about building relationships with his clients and helping them navigate New York real estate transactions. With litigation, transactional and real estate management experience, he has already proven to be an invaluable member of the real estate team.
