Joey Award winners are Krystal Hill of the Early Einstein Learning Center, Barbara Powell of Effective Child Care Services, Ronnie Weinberger of Oak Lane Child Care Center, and Henry Wilson of Youth Community Outreach Program of Mount Vernon, Inc.
