Child Care Council Announces 50th Anniversary Honorees
The Child Care Council of Westchester (CCCW) will celebrate its 50th year by honoring individuals/organizations that exemplify its mission and vision: “Business Visionary” Dr. Marsha Gordon, President and CEO of the Business Council of Westchester; “Give Local Leader” Clarfeld Financial Advisors; and “Child Advocacy Pioneers” Peter Edelman, professor at Georgetown University Law Center, and Marian Wright Edelman, founder of the Children’s Defense Fund. They will be recognized at a cocktail party from 7:00 to 10:00 pm on Thursday, October 18, 2018 at Captain Lawrence Brewing Company in Elmsford, NY.
