Chazen Welcomes New Employees to Troy Office

The Chazen Companies is pleased to announce three new additions to its Troy office.

William G. Sparkman, P.E., has joined Chazen’s Land Development department as a Senior Project Manager. Sparkman earned his B.S. in Civil Engineering from Cornell University. Prior to joining Chazen, he was a Project Manager at Barton & Loguidice in Syracuse where he did site and structural design. Sparkman has worked on different projects in various places—one of which includes Basrah, Iraq, where he created cohesive site designs for three large stadium complexes. Sparkman resides in Baldwinsville.

Diane Tirinato has joined Chazen’s Land Development department as a Landscape Designer. Tirinato is a recent graduate from SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry in Syracuse, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, and completed her study abroad thesis in Madrid, Spain. Prior to joining Chazen, Tirinato was an intern with the Orange County Planning Department in Goshen, and a Design Intern and Bid Estimator for a design/build firm in Westchester and NYC. Tirinaro resides in Syracuse.

Kevin L. Gallagher, E.I.T., has joined Chazen’s Municipal Engineering Department as an Assistant Project Engineer. Gallagher lives in Saugerties and is a recent graduate from the University of Buffalo where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering. Gallagher studied abroad in Australia and interned at a not-for-profit in Vanuatu where he assisted with water supply aid.
