April 20, 2018 Exhibition Opening – Reflections on Amy Lincoln
In One River Larchmont’s first community art exhibition, Reflections on Amy Lincoln, we’ve partnered with Mamaroneck Avenue School to showcase the dialog between student and professional art. Working with Kirsten Yizar, the school’s art teacher, all of the third graders from MAS will complete a three set lesson plan both in school and at One River School.
Using our currently exhibited professional artist Amy Lincoln as inspiration the students will explore the methods of landscape painting, create stories from Amy Lincoln’s works and create their own landscape collages.
