A.G. Williams Painting Company Appoints Paul McNeil as Safety Director
A.G. Williams Painting Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Paul McNeil as the company’s new Safety Director. Paul joins A.G. Williams with direct experience in safety management, having previously served with OSHA, Insperity, and the U.S. Postal Service.
With a comprehensive safety background that began in the 1990s with the U.S. Postal Service, Paul transitioned to the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), where he spent over 11 years. During his tenure at OSHA, Paul was involved in translating federal safety regulations into practical field applications, enhancing his on-the-job training and field expertise.
As a Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Paul brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in conducting workplace assessments, safety audits, and risk reduction quality controls. His expertise in OSHA compliance, emergency planning, and on-site safety training will be instrumental in further enhancing the safety culture at A.G. Williams.

Paul’s recent roles include working with Insperity, an HR firm where he successfully implemented safety protocols and reduced workplace hazards. His practical approach to safety management involves not just adhering to regulations but ensuring that safety measures are effectively integrated into daily operations.

Williams Painting Company and contribute to the company’s ongoing commitment to workplace safety,” said Paul McNeil. “My immediate goals include upgrading the current safety programs, implementing new fall protection technology, and conducting regular field visits to ensure all safety protocols are being followed.”
Paul was born in the Bronx and currently resides in Tarrytown, New York. He is a recipient of the Air Force Commendation Medal and holds an Honorable Discharge from the U.S. Air Force. His dynamic interpersonal strengths and results-oriented approach make him an excellent leader and a valuable addition to our team.
