An active Mamaroneck-based Business Brokerage office is searching for a motivated, local candidate to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to learn from the best Business Broker in Westchester and eventually transition into a commissioned agent role within the firm!

📋 Role Details
o Location: In-office (Mamaroneck, NY).
o Schedule: 5 days/week. Starts at 20 hours/week, ramping up to 40 hours once trained.
o Compensation: Commensurate with experience (No health benefits).

🎓 Who We Are Looking For
o We are exclusively considering recent college graduates (within the last two years) who meet the following:
o Local Resident: Must live within a 20-minute drive of Mamaroneck and have daily access to a car.
o Communicator: High comfort level talking with clients (strong skills desired).
o Analytical: Comfortable with financial matters and data.
o Tech-Savvy: Strong technology skills are a must.
o Driven: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

✅ Qualifications
o Immediate availability.
o Real Estate license is a plus (but not required).
o Prior sales experience is preferred (but not required).
