KINGS Capital Construction Celebrates Grand Opening of Luxury Bronxville Condos

Congratulations to BCW Member KINGS Capital Construction which celebrated the grand opening last week of 100 Pondfield Road, an 11-unit luxury condominium located in the heart of downtown Bronxville.

“I am proud to unveil 100 Pondfield Road, which is the first of many developments to come, projects in New Rochelle and Armonk are currently in planning for 2023 starts,” said JD Summa, CEO, of KINGS Capital Construction. “It has been rewarding to transform a warehouse into this 11-unit luxury condominium building which will positively impact the Bronxville community.”
