Kathy D’Agostino, owner of Win at Business Coaching, recently received the BCW’s prestigious Ambassador of the Year Award. A BCW member for 11 years, D’Agostino was presented at the BCW’s Annual New Year Blast held January 10.

D’Agostino is an ICF certified business coach and expert in corporate culture and strategy dedicated to helping small and mid-size companies transform their businesses and their lives. Her company, which is based in Tarrytown, is a consulting practice that helps business owners, executives, and leadership teams increase revenue, improve productivity and employee engagement.

The BCW’s Ambassador Program was created 15 years ago and has become one of the BCW’s prized signature programs. Fifteen longtime BCW members volunteer their time, energy and expertise to mentor and guide new members through their first year of membership. Ambassadors attend all of our events and their responsibilities include welcoming members at every program and event we offer. Every member who joins the BCW is partnered with an Ambassador. The program is chaired by Michael Schiliro, Board member and Senior Vice President of PCSB Bank.
