Building & Realty Institute New Radio Show on WVOX
“BUILDING KNOWLEDGE” WITH THE BUILDING AND REALTY INSTITUTE (BRI)
OFF TO A SUCCESSFUL START ON WVOX 1460 AM
Armonk/New Rochelle, NY (February 1, 2018) “Building Knowledge”, the official radio show of the Building and Realty Institute (BRI) on WVOX 1460 AM, is receiving strong reviews since its June 2nd debut.
The program, which is live streamed on WVOX.COM, airs every Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 12 noon. Jeff Hanley, Associate Executive Director of the BRI, is the host. Each week, a member company of the BRI is profiled on the show. The program highlights the respective contributions of BRI members to the building, realty and construction industry, as well as to the overall business community of the Westchester and Mid-Hudson Region.
Recent shows have highlighted Peter F. Gaito and Associates, Architects, Engineers, Planners; Jason Schiciano, Co-President of Levitt-Fuirst Associates, a 2017 winner of The Business Council of Westchester’s (BCW’s) Family Business Award and the BRI’s Insurance Manager; Hilary Messer, Principal, Sunrise Building and Remodeling, Inc.; and Jerre Coleman, Project Manager, and Victoria Bruno, Business Development Manager, for Kings Capital Construction.
Other guests have included Frank Cerbini, Vice President, Acquisitions, The NHP Foundation (spotlighting the company’s work in sustaining and creating affordable multi-family housing); Jerry Houlihan, Senior Director, Houlihan Parnes Realtors LLC of White Plains; Rand Manasse of Sunrise Solar Solutions; Carmelo Milio, President of Trion Real Estate Management; and Diana Virrill, Chairperson of the BRI’s Cooperative and Condominium Advisory Council (CCAC).
BRI officials said that “Building Knowledge” is receiving robust feedback from the BRI’s membership, as well as from members of the general business community. The feedback indicates the show is effectively building the knowledge of its listeners about the building, realty and construction industry in the Westchester and Mid-Hudson Region, BRI officials added.
“The BRI is a terrific organization, and Jeff Hanley does a fantastic job with the BRI’s radio show,” said Gaito. “The show contains insightful questions and thoroughly engaging on-air conversation.”
“Jeff Hanley made my appearance on the show a pleasure and the questions and content of the program were great,” said Doug Olcott, Senior Director, Community Preservation Corporation (CPC).
Added Eric Messer, a member of the Board of Trustees of the BRI: “What a great show! It’s good for us and good for the BRI. And it’s obvious how much Jeff Hanley likes doing this. That really makes the show.”
