About LW:
Leadership Westchester is a rigorous, nine-month curriculum that is designed to sharpen your leadership skills and teach you how to leverage your strengths so you can make a lasting and powerful impact on Westchester and the world. This signature professional development program from Volunteer New York! is limited to 20 individuals per class, per year.

Applications are now open for the Class of 2022! Are you ready to lead? New voices and leaders are needed from every background, perspective, and direction. We hope you will consider applying today to be part of this highly selective and what has been said — by many local community stakeholders and LW participants over the last 24 years — to be an amazingly transformative and life-enriching program.
