Builders Institute Launches “Constructive Conversations” on WNYM
The Builders Institute/Building and Realty Institute of Westchester and the Mid-Hudson Region (BI/BRI) recently launched the first broadcast of its new radio program on AM 970 The Answer (WNYM). “Constructive Conversations with The Builders Institute (BI)”, is hosted by Jeff Hanley, Associate Executive Director of the BI/BRI. It can be heard Saturdays from 7:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. The first segment of “Constructive Conversations” debuted on Nov. 24th featuring Albert Annunziata, Executive Director of the BI/BRI and Glen Riddell, Principal of The Riddell Group of Albany (Lobbying Consultant to The Builders Institute) discussing “Statewide Legislative Issues Affecting the Building, Realty and Construction Industries.” Mr. Hanley will talk with members and associates of the organization who are active participants in the building, construction, development and realty industry. The range of topics is immense, taking into consideration the myriad factors that touch and are affected by these industries. Whether it’s planning, state and local advocacy, building and/or development, construction, architecture, realty management, insurance, finance, or the many supplier/service firms associated with the industry, a wide range of areas will be discussed.
