The Osborn Named “Best of Westchester” in Senior Living

The Osborn continuum of care community in Rye, NY, announced it has been voted Best of Westchester® in the Senior Residence category Presented by Westchester Magazine, these awards are based on voting through a Readers’ Ballot.
