September 7, 2022—How to Turn Followers into Leaders: FREE CEO Book Club

FREE CEO Book Club – “Turn the Ship Around” (David Marquet) on Wednesday, September 7th at Noon EST on Zoom

During the CEO Book Club we will discuss with fellow CEOs about giving up control to grow your business faster and with less pain:

  • How to turn followers into leaders in your company.
  • How to recognize that you have fallen into the trap of the “Know-all Tell-all” leadership style – we all do regularly.
  • How to resist this “Know-all Tell-all” leadership style and what the alternative options are.

Again, this CEO Book Club is FREE and is open to growth-minded CEOs who want to become better leaders.

Do you have a natural instinct to take control, especially in stressful situations, like most of us? If so, this book is for you. Written by a former US Navy captain trained to give orders in the traditional model of “know all–tell all” leadership, this book relates the journey of flipping this leadership model on its head and turning followers into leaders by giving them control – with a great impact on the team’s performance!
