Tech Firm Annese Expands with Opening of New White Plains Office

Annese & Associates, Inc., a technology solutions integrator, announces today that its offices in Brewster and Warwick have merged to an upgraded, Class A building space in White Plains at 333 Westchester Avenue.

The complex features several notable on-site amenities including a 15,000-square-foot fitness center, over 2,000 parking spaces, a catering center, a conference center, and a free shuttle service to and from the train station for easy access into New York City. This move offers greater visibility and accessibility for Annese, not only across the lower Hudson Valley, but it will provide a base for business growth and expansion into New York City, Connecticut, and New England.

At 3,800 square feet, the new office space is more than double the size of its former facility of 1,756 square feet and will accommodate the company’s 26 locally based employees, as well as new staff members that are expected to be added over the next 12 months. Overall, Annese reported $90M in revenue for 2016 company-wide, and with six offices throughout New York State, the downstate region accounted for the second highest in revenue in the last fiscal year. Notably, the region grew 13.01% in year-over-year revenue, as announced in Annese’s 2016 Annual Report.

Annese’s Hudson Valley territory has been making investments in personnel over the past year to continue along its growth trajectory across emerging technologies and markets. The company welcomed a seasoned, Director-level executive to head up the Mobility & Security practice areas in early 2016. Most recently, Annese hired a new Account Manager, mapped to White Plains, whose focus will be on expanding the company’s reach beyond its traditional New York State border.

Completion of a State-Wide Facilities Plan:

The White Plains office move completes Annese’s facilities expansion initiatives which began with its Buffalo office relocating to a larger space in Amherst in late 2015. Its Syracuse, Herkimer, and Rochester offices relocated to larger spaces in 2016, while the Clifton Park headquarters saw an interior redesign and build-out of a state-of-the-art network operations center.

Annese continues to grow, maintaining 150 employees company-wide, with recruitment efforts still underway. The company has recently aligned with the Business Council of Westchester to deepen its engagement in the community and make new connections throughout the region.
