Thank You Ivette Molina for All You’ve Done for BCW
Today is Ivette Molina’s last day after five years with the BCW. As our Director of Business Management and Operations, she oversaw our human resources department and worked in every aspect of the organization’s operations.
Ivette came to The BCW from Matrix Absence Management in Hawthorne, and she quickly became a valued team member. During the BCW’s most challenging moments of the Covid-19 pandemic, she helped us pivot to virtual events that kept our members engaged. Her outstanding work ethic and professionalism earned her a 2023 Rising Star Award.
Ivette and her family are beginning a new chapter in their lives by moving to Pennsylvania. We wish Ivette continued personal and professional success.
