Simone Development and Fareri Associates Join with Burke Rehabilitation to Celebrate Expansion of Burke’s Outpatient Therapy Facility at Purchase Professional Park
Congratulatons to BCW Members Simone Development Companies and Fareri Associates who joined with BCW Member Burke Rehabilitation on Thursday at Purchase Professional Park to celebrate the ribbon cutting of Burke’s expanded Purchase/Fairfield Outpatient Therapy Site at 3020 Westchester Avenue. Elected, business, and clinical leaders from across Westchester and Fairfield counties gathered to tour the state-of-the-art facility. Also attending the event was BCW President & CEO Marsha Gordon.
Burke Rehabilitation is a nationally recognized and accredited provider of physical and medical rehabilitation with 13 outpatient locations throughout the Bronx, Westchester County, and the Hudson Valley, in addition to its hospital in White Plains, NY.
Burke signed a long-term lease for an additional 2,330 SF space at Purchase Professional Park, expanding their medical footprint to 5,132 square feet. Burke Rehabilitation’s Purchase/Fairfield Outpatient Therapy Site provides a range of services including Vestibular Therapy, Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation, Concussion Management, Orthopedic Medicine and Rehabilitation, and Physical Therapy.

Among the state and county political leaders speaking at the event were New York State Senate Majority Leader Andrea Stewart-Cousins; New York State Senator Shelley Mayer; New York Assembly Members Chris Burdick and Steve Otis; Deputy County Executive Ken Jenkins; County Board of Legislators Chairman Vedat Gashi and County Legislator Ben Boykin. Representing neighboring Fairfield County were Greenwich Board of Selectmen Members Lauren Rabin and Janet Stone McGuigan.
