Sebastian Capital to Unveil New Café at Urban Campus

Sebastian Capital Inc., Roxana Q. Girand’s real estate firm, is hosting a cocktail party on November 15th from 5 to 7pm to celebrate the fall season and to unveil the new café at the former Pepsi building in Somers, now known as the Urban Campus.

The former Pepsi campus is currently being repositioned as a multi-tenanted building with resort level amenities such as, the new café, a new lobby, a full gym, basketball & tennis courts, common lounge areas, and much more. The Urban Campus sits on 206 rolling acres alongside the Muscoot Reservoir. The site is up on a ridge that provides stunning panoramic views of the Reservoir and the surrounding landscape.

Earlier this year, Sebastian Capital launched a co-working space at the Urban Campus called The Suite Project, which offers flexible lease terms and office space in a variety of sizes. Companies can occupy a single desk or up to an entire floor. The Suite Project’s goal is to offer a creative and professional synergy to its tenants.
