HudCo is Keeping Our Community Active
From keeping our community active and engaged with online movement classes and virtual workshops as well as providing resources for our members to support their businesses during this crisis, HudCo has been staying busy during the COVID-19 Crisis. Through their HudCo Kid’s Club Spring Break, they collected donations to benefit the Child Care Council of Westchester, Inc. in support of childcare providers/programs, children, and families. HudCo has organized two additional fundraisers as well, one to raise money to feed the Northern Westchester Hospital’s Emergency Department in collaboration with Harper’s Restaurant in Dobbs Ferry and, their newest fundraiser, to raise money to support local makers with 3D printers who are producing face shields for caregivers of patients with COVID19. HudCo is also an ongoing drop-off site for donations of individually wrapped snacks and PPE which they deliver weekly to local hospitals and eldercare facilities.
