Extell Joins with Mayor Spano for Grand Opening of Hudson Piers

BCW Member Extell Development Company joined with Yonkers Mayor Mike Spano and other city, county and state officials for a ribbon-cutting ceremony for Hudson Piers on Wednesday, signifying the official grand opening of the new luxury, multi-phase development. Additionally, Hudson Piers signifies the final and largest piece of the Downtown Waterfront Revitalization in Yonkers which will provide the general public access to the wonderful Yonkers riverfront.

Extell’s first project in Westchester, Hudson Piers is being developed in three phases. Phase I is now complete and has commenced leasing. Situated on over 20 acres along the Downtown Yonkers waterfront, once complete, development will bring more than 1,100 luxury apartments, exciting retail, waterfront amenities and a new riverfront esplanade along a prime waterfront location with beautiful views of the Hudson River across to the Palisades.
