Past participants in the WIN program have demonstrated significant achievements, showcasing the program’s effectiveness in driving positive outcomes.
- Immigr8: This AI-driven platform streamlines visa applications for foreign workers. Richmond Community Services (RCS) partnered with Immigr8 to optimize their hiring process through the federal H-1B visa program. Following a successful pilot facilitated by the BCW WIN, RCS expanded its partnership with Immigr8, benefiting from a significantly faster and more efficient hiring experience.

These success stories underscore the tangible benefits of participating in the BCW WIN initiative, including access to pilot programs, strategic partnerships, and invaluable networking opportunities.
