BCW Continues to Lead the Charge in AI with Launch of “AI Intensive 2026” with Support from Google.org

The Business Council of Westchester (BCW) is launching AI Intensive 2026, a groundbreaking professional development program designed to elevate local business leaders’ proficiency in artificial intelligence and gives small businesses unprecedented access to AI tools, training and support.

Supported by Google.org, this five-week comprehensive course starting February 24 offers a guided learning experience focused on hands-on application and responsible AI use. Each participating business that completes the cohort will receive Google.org-funded support to accelerate AI adoption and technology upgrades tailored to their organizational needs.

“This represents one of the most significant AI opportunities ever offered to small businesses in Westchester,” said BCW President and CEO Marsha Gordon. “It is rare for local companies to gain access to enterprise-level AI training, one-on-one expert support, and direct implementation funding all in a single program. By moving beyond theory and into practical application, AI Intensive 2026 has the potential to dramatically strengthen Westchester’s business community, streamline operations, and reshape how small businesses compete and grow. We are thrilled to have the support of Google.org on this valuable opportunity to help our small business members embrace AI.”

AI Intensive 2026 is designed for small business owners and leaders who want to compete with larger firms without increasing headcount. Unlike traditional theory-based training, this program delivers consultant-grade tools and systematic workflows. Companies must be current BCW members.

The initiative features four 90-minute virtual morning sessions and concludes with a four-hour in-person capstone event at the BCW offices in Rye Brook.

The program will be led by two distinguished industry experts:

  • Kathy D’Agostino, Founder, Win at Business.AI | AI Implementation Expert Kathy D’Agostino is an AI trainer who helps small businesses integrate AI through practical, workflow-focused methods. As founder of Win at Business.AI, she translates AI capabilities into measurable outcomes with a “human first, AI second” philosophy. A frequent speaker and published author on AI adoption, she bridges the gap between AI’s potential and real-world use. She holds certifications from Wharton, Vanderbilt, and LinkedIn Learning in generative AI and strategic implementation.
  • Nikhil Jagga, President, CMIT Solutions of White Plains | Turning AI Potential Into Practical Business Value.  With 20 years guiding Fortune 500 companies and local businesses through technology transformations, Nikhil Jagga brings a refreshingly practical perspective to AI adoption, focusing on what works for businesses with limited time and budget. Nikhil is passionate about helping organizations thrive in the digital age guiding them through complex technology decisions that streamline operations, enhance productivity, and fortify businesses against cyber threats.

Registration is now open. Due to the interactive nature of the training and the grant funding provided, space is limited to 50 businesses.

The registration deadline is February 17, and the program starts February 24. Click here to register. For more information, contact adepalma@thebcw.org.
