Hear New Rochelle’s Mayor Noam Bramson and Development Commissioner Adam Salgado discuss Westchester’s growth with Colliers Executive Managing Director Craig Ruoff. They’ll examine the blossoming of New Rochelle and share insights about the larger real estate outlook for Westchester County. They’ll also discuss if commercial development naturally follows residential growth, and what kind of future business investment we might expect if that holds true for Westchester County. CBIZ Real Estate Practice Co-Leader and Managing Director Neil Sonenberg will serve as moderator.
