The Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) comes down to a simple, powerful discovery. The 130-150 issues that most entrepreneurs are wrestling come down to weakness in just six areas of a business. All of EOS comes down to the simple tools used to strengthen these six areas. This Webinar walks through the Six Key Components and introduces tools to help strengthen these areas. The Webinar provides tools that a business can apply immediately.
