Katrine Beck Named to Crain’s NY Business Notable Women in Law

Katrine Beck, co-founding partner of Fullerton Beck, has been named to the prestigious list of Crain’s New York Business’s Notable Women in Law. Lauded for her litigation acumen in settings where she conducts her practice: in state court, in federal court and at the mediation and arbitration table, Katrine joins a cadre of New York’s most accomplished female attorneys who were selected for their professional achievements, pro bono work and involvement in industry and community organizations, who hale from Am Law 200 law firms, boutiques and leading organizations.

“This honor is well deserved,” shares co-founder and firm managing partner Eileen Fullerton.” Katrine is one of the most well-respected attorneys in our areas of practice, which includes defending high-exposure cases involving negligence, construction accident claims under New York Labor Law, motor vehicle accidents and premises liability claims. In addition to being a skilled attorney, Katrine is an excellent firm leader, helping the firm achieve its explosive growth, which continued this year through the pandemic, and foster the collegial, family-friendly atmosphere that makes Fullerton Beck a special place to work.”

An immigrant and the first in her family to become a lawyer, Katrine has charted a successful career that includes working for the Corporation Counsel Honors Program in the Special Litigation Unit, two leading law firms and launching her own firm three years ago. In just three years, Fullerton Beck has grown from five attorneys in one office in White Plains, to 23 attorneys and 18 support staff in two offices and tripled the firm’s revenue by growing her existing clients who followed her to new firm and by growing the firm’s client roster.

Katrine also gives back to the community, through meaningful firm giving to organizations such as Equal Justice USA, City Harvest, Feeding Westchester, and My Sister’s Place, and chair of Girls Inc. of Westchester, a nonprofit that helps girls to be Strong, Smart & Bold!
