CAVA Restaurant Set to Open at Cross County Center this Summer
Cross County Center is excited to announce the upcoming opening of CAVA, a popular Mediterranean fast-casual restaurant, slated to open Summer 2025. The new 2,180 sq. ft. location will be located at 8000 Mall Walk, directly across from Target, in the space formerly occupied by Boston Market.
The new restaurant will include seating indoors, as well as outdoor dining adjacent to their store and access to outdoor dining areas located throughout the open-air shopping center—providing a perfect setting for enjoying fresh, flavorful meals.
Marx Realty’s CEO, Craig Deitelzweig, said that “We kept hearing from our customers and visitors that they wanted CAVA at Cross County Center, so we delivered CAVA at Cross County Center!”
Known for its Mediterranean-inspired bowls, pitas, dips, and dressings, CAVA offers a fully customizable menu that makes eating well both easy and delicious. The brand’s emphasis on hospitality and community has earned it a passionate following, with fans eagerly anticipating each new location.
CAVA’s arrival supports Cross County Center’s continued efforts to deliver sought-after dining experiences that resonate with Westchester’s growing community. This will be Cava’s second store at a Marx Realty owned property, with a Cava also located at its 10 Grand Central headquarters in NYC.
