Burke Rehabilitation Hosts Annual Brain Bee

Burke Rehabilitation hosted the annual Brain Bee competition at its White Plains campus, welcoming high school students with a passion for neuroscience. Participating students faced a series of challenging questions that tested their knowledge of the brain and nervous system. Seven high schools were represented including Clarkstown South High School, Hendrick Hudson High School, John Jay High School in Cross River, Lincoln High School, Rye Country Day School, Rye High School, and Yonkers High School. The event reflects a commitment by Burke to support the next generation of neuroscience leaders.

Prizes were awarded to the top three finalists:

  1. Kevin O’Donnell from John Jay High School in Cross River, who is advancing to the USA Brain Bee.
  2. Yi Sun from Rye High School
  3. Sophie Inana from John Jay High School, Cross River
