Burbio Puts Schools, Library and Community Groups on Amazon Alexa
Burbio.com, a free service that streams all school, library and community group calendars from all over Westchester County and allows residents to create a personalized event feed, has put all their information on Amazon Alexa, the Voice platform that drives the top selling Echo and Echo Dot. The category of “Voice” is exploding an Westchester County is now the first county in the US with all public school and library event information available on this platform. Any community group can be on Alexa and Burbio, for free. New versions of the Burbio Alexa “Skill,” as the content on the service is called, will be launched later this month, and Burbio is looking forward to expanding it’s partnerships with governments and businesses around Westchester in the coming months in advance of a big summer and Back to School period.
