Boys & Girls Club of New Rochelle to Host Free Community Wellness Expo on Saturday, March 21

Presented by the Westchester County & Greater Hudson Valley Chapters of The Links, Inc.

WHAT: This free, fun and engaging Community Wellness Expo is a partnership between the Boys & Girls Club of New Rochelle and the Westchester County and Greater Hudson Valley chapters of The Links, Inc. The event aims to connect lower Westchester County residents of all ages with trusted health professionals and local organizations, offering resources to support personal and family wellness. A large turnout is anticipated. Walk-in attendees are welcome; pre-registration is preferred at http://bit.ly/4sgUbyU.

Interview, video, and photography opportunities will be available. Please RSVP via the contact information above.

Attendees will have access to a wide range of services, including:

  • Health Screenings: Children’s oral health, vision, blood pressure, diabetes and breast health.
  • Education and Workshops: Chronic kidney disease education, children’s oral health information, eldercare and Medicare guidance, estate and financial planning, mental health, CPR demonstrations and health education workshops.
  • Community Resources: Transportation and housing information.
  • Fun Family Activities: A children’s fun zone, cooking demonstrations, exercise activities, music, entertainment, arts & crafts, storytelling and special guest appearances. Free refreshments will be provided throughout the day.

WHEN: Saturday, March 21, 2026, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Ribbon-cutting at 10 a.m.

WHERE: Boys & Girls Club of New Rochelle Remington Clubhouse, 1 Remington Place, New Rochelle, N.Y. (A parking garage is available behind the Club.)

WHO: All ages are welcome.
