“In the Company of Women”- the YWCA to Honor BCW Board Member Millie Hernandez-Becker

On Friday, May 12, 2017 the YWCA of White Plains and Central Westchester will be honoring Mille Hernandez Becker for her commitment to the community and her support of inclusive programing for youth – no matter their ability.  Please join us to recognize her and the other deserving honorees.  The event is called “In the Company of Women” and will be held at the Doubletree in Tarrytown.  This event attracts over 500 community and business leaders and is a very empowering day. Other honorees for the day include Dr. Jin Lee, Westchester Medical Center.  And we once again join forces with the Women’s Research and Education Fund and will be inducting Assemblywoman Amy Paulin into the Women’s Hall of Fame.

This year we are also commemorating the 100th anniversary of women’s suffrage in New York State and our keynote speaker, Lauren Leader Chivee will be speaking about harnessing the power of women.

Please consider a sponsorship, ad or tickets to help support the YWCA and Millie.  You can click here to register.  Contact us with questions or to facilitate your donation.  Thank you.
